As an industrial painter, you are the specialist responsible for smooth and high-quality spray work on lifting solutions. You carefully prepare parts for painting, mask them, and apply primer, paint, and coating layers according to precise specifications. You work from technical drawings and communicate any deviations with your team leader. A typical day starts with preparing components and careful masking. You then apply the correct layers, continuously monitoring quality. You check the end result yourself and work closely with colleagues from production and work preparation. - At least 2 years of experience as an industrial painter, preferably in a production environment
- Experience reading technical drawings
- Attention to detail and focus on quality
- Ability to work independently and accurately, even under time pressure
- Proficiency in Dutch and English
- In possession of a valid VCA certificate
- Full-time employment (40–50 hours per week)
