On a typical workday, you’ll start by preparing the parts (such as sanding and masking), then you’ll work independently or in a team in the spray booth. You pay close attention to detail, ensuring each project meets the high standards expected in luxury yacht building. Sometimes you’ll also work aboard, keeping your job varied and interesting. • At least 1 year of relevant work experience as a sprayer, interior painter, or similar
• Experience in furniture or interior construction is a plus
• Proficiency in Dutch or English
• In possession of a valid VCA certificate
• Able to work independently, accurately, and with a focus on quality
• Willingness to work both in the spray booth and on location (aboard)
• Available for full-time work (40-50 hours per week)
