As an Allround Welder/Assembler, you are responsible for assembling and welding parts for agricultural machinery. You work with aluminum and steel and use TIG 141 and MAG 135 welding techniques. Your day includes reading technical drawings and ensuring components are assembled, tacked, and welded exactly according to specifications. You finish the parts precisely for the next step in the production process.

A typical workday starts with reviewing the planning and technical drawings. You gather the necessary materials, assemble the components, and skillfully weld them together. You work independently or with close colleagues in an informal environment. Safety and quality are always your priority; you perform interim checks and guarantee the final result meets all requirements. • Completed education at high school (HAVO or VWO) or secondary vocational (MBO level 2, 3, or 4)
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience as a welder/assembler (mid-level/senior)
• Knowledge of TIG 141 and MAG 135 welding processes
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• English language proficiency at least B1/B2 level
• Accurate, independent, and quality-oriented
• Motivated to further develop yourself in the trade
